CANCELLATIONS:
*** PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free shipping to international orders. Orders containing products from THE SCRAPCAKE may incur higher postage rates due to the weight ***
To cancel your order you must send an email to: sales@manorhousecreations.com within 12 hours of when you first placed your order or call +612 4575 0613.
If your order has been already processed, Manorhouse Creations is not responsible for any shipping costs already incurred and no refund will be given.
If you email your cancellation, it must include the following information:
1. Company name,
2. First & last name,
3. customer id. number,
4. order number,
5. email address.
This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
We will make every effort to accommodate the order cancellation, provided your order has not already left the warehouse & shipping has been charged for. In the event that a cancellation was submitted via email or phone, and your order was shipped out after, we will happily refund the total balance charged, including shipping. However, if the cancellation was shown in our computer system, as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total, less shipping, plus a re-stocking fee for our time. A restocking fee will be charged also for the cancellation of custom and or special orders.

If you need your order in a hurry, we will try to accommodate, but cannot promise, if the warehouse is already filling large orders. We can give an estimate only of when your order will be ready. For a fee of AU$10.00, we may, at our discression, be able to give your order priorty over any outstanding orders already waiting to be filled.
SENDING BACK STOCK POLICY:
In order to send back any unwanted items, please email us at sales@manorhousecreations.com to obtain instructions. You may return any unopened/undamaged merchandise (ie. in its original condition), including original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, to receive a full refund less any shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us, will not be refunded.
